To secure a specific puppy, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll arrange for a $49 reservation deposit. This deposit ensures that your chosen puppy is held just for you, giving you time to complete your Barks virtual puppy playtime appointment without worrying about someone else adopting them. The deposit is fully refundable within the first 48 hours; however, it will become nonrefundable after this period or if you decide not to move forward following the virtual introduction.
